1995 - I started the club with Heidi and Vivian. I also came up with the name after hearing it on Beavis and Butthead!

Balloons, bad drivers, traffic, long lines, sweating, my hair, unfriendly people, doing the dishes, people in Santa hats, beer, waking up early, the middle seat on the plane, Christian Rockers, babies at movies, purple trash cans.

Funny Moment

At Lammy Jammy, I was chatting with another female scooterist, about her scooter. Her guy friend chimed in, asking if she could take a spin on a kitted scooter to feel the difference from her stock bike. Always game to share, I agreed. Now, here's the thing—since I run out the gas before I park, it takes a few good kicks to fire it up. In the middle of my starting ritual, another scooterist strolls over, eager to give me a tutorial on how to start my own scooter. Bless her heart, she didn’t know I’ve been kicking this beauty to life for 30 years. I’ve got this, thanks.
